Do you run my ads or manage my traffic?
No. Traffic - paid ads, organic content, or both - is yours to run. We build and maintain the system that automates, tracks, and converts it into booked calls.
Will recruits see my brand, or yours?
Yours. The DM recruiter, landing page, funnel, and CRM are all branded to your agency - not to us, and not to your IMO. Recruits are talking to you the whole way through, they book directly on your calendar, and the pipeline stays yours.
What do I need in place on my end for this to work?
A way to onboard the recruits it books. The system reliably fills your calendar - what it can't do is activate agents for you. The agency owners who get the most out of this have a repeatable process to get a new recruit licensed, trained, and producing. If that part is loose, more volume will only expose it faster.
Is this a guarantee of growth?
No. This system converts the traffic you send it - we don't control or guarantee call volume, and we don't sell this as a growth guarantee.
I don't have a big following or ad budget yet - can I still buy this?
